Project: Construction of the Arctic LNG-2 project (Murmansk, Russia). Description: Work in an international team (EPC contractor) for the 3 LNG plants based on concrete gravity structure (GBS-1,2,3). Job responsibilities: Organization and control of installation of rotating equipment at all stages of inside GBS-1: • Managing of supervisors, technical specialists, foremen and workers up to 50 persons; • Performing incoming inspection before installation of equipment for compliance with design requirements and technical specifications; • Development of work method statements in accordance with the requirements of the vendors for the installation of equipment (turbocharger, turbo-expander, cryogenic pumps); • Flange management of the connected parts of rotating equipment; • Involvement of vendors for the correct adjustment of equipment (Siemens, General Electric, Cryomec, Grundfos) as part of the commissioning and supervised installation work; • Drawing up work schedules; • Issue requisitions (MR) for purchase of tools and consumables; • Control and verification the connection of sensors, wiring and instrumentation; • Preparation and implementation of tests (Depending on the type of equipment and in agreement with the vendor). Achievements: Construction is ongoing on 1st GBS.

Project: Construction of the complex gas treatment facility (New Urengoi, Russia). Description: Work in a client's staff on the construction site Job responsibilities: • Management of contractors and subcontractors (up to 20) on the assigned units of the project (low-temperature gas separation unit, booster compressor station, methanol regeneration unit); • Attraction of vendors on site due to supervision of installation of specific equipment: compressors, turbo expanders, low temperature pumps, turbine generators (Siemens, General Electric, Air products, Arielcorp etc.); • Drawing up reports, construction schedules; • Coordination with the design institute of changes in cases of inconsistencies between the sections of the pipeline part, metal structures and instrumentation; • Conducting claims work with vendors in cases of identified malfunctions of the supplied equipment; • Verification and signing of as-built documentation performed by contractors, acceptance of the scope of work performed according to the forms KS-2, KS-6a; • Carry out of pre-commissioning and commissioning works at the final stage of construction; • Interaction with the Russian State Technical Supervision. Achievements: successful commissioning of the plant.

Projects: • Construction of the Arctic LNG-1 project (Russia, Yamal region, Sabetta settlement); • Construction of the oil pumping station with facilities and oil storage park with a volume of over 500.000m3 (Russia, Urengoi). Description: work in a contractor’s staff of piping and mechanical department on site. Job responsibilities: • Organization and control of assembly and installation works (process equipment and pipelines of different complexity) in accordance with HSE requirements, design documentation and vendors technical requirements; • Management of a teams of workers (fitters and welders) with a total strength of up to 150 people; • Provision of a design materials with providing of incoming control; • Work with cranes carrying capacity up to 1000 tons; • Installation of static and dynamic equipment (heat exchangers, rectification columns, busters, generators, pumps); • Work with as-built documentation, drawing of pipeline installation schemes; • Hydraulic and pneumatic testing of installed pipelines and static equipment; • Participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning works. Achievements: work with Technip and Vinci companies, successful commissioning of the construction site on both projects.

Description: work in a contractor’s staff of piping and steel structure department on site Job responsibilities: • Organization and control of assembly and welding works (metal structures and pipelines of different complexity) in accordance with HSE requirements and design working documentation; • Management of a teams of workers (fitters and welders) with a total strength of up to 30 people; • Provision of a design materials with providing of incoming control; • Work with cranes carrying capacity up to 150 tons; • Work with as-built documentation, drawing of pipeline installation schemes; • Hydraulic and pneumatic testing of installed pipelines and equipment; • Participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning works. Achievements: successful commissioning of the construction site on both projects.
