Answering to the CEO and Board of Directors on all profit and loss (P&L) activities relating to Project requirements. Liaising with clients’ senior management for tenders and proposals for Business Development and continuity. Strategic planning for the mobilisation, on-going service and support and demobilisation of medical, security and emergency response staff and equipment to and from project sites. Command and control of multiple site projects throughout the APAC region for Medical, Security and Emergency Response Teams. Ensuring compliance with contracted Scope of Works and Contract Change Orders. Falcks’ Global Assistance point of contact for all security matters, updates and training in the APAC region.

* Answering to the Global VP on all matters relating to the security of a Gas Conditioning Plant in the remote Southern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. * Working with sub-contractors, ensuring that security procedures are followed and that new members to the project are trained in project standards of security and safety. * Ensure strategic security and emergency response plans are in place to ensure business continuity. * Conducting security assessments of project locations, satellite sites, hotels and travel in and out of country to ensure safety and security standards are in place and adhered with. * Provide competent advice and guidance to line managers to ensure statutory and contractual compliance obligations are met. * Briefing senior ExxonMobil (the client) members and backing financiers (World Bank) on security related incidents and issues. ;

* Responsible for the security and safety of Embassy Officials, including the Australian Ambassador on road moves around the Area of Operations (Iraq). * Continually monitoring the security at venues and locations and ensuring inner and outer cordons are in place with minimum disruption to the client. * Team and client emergency action drills and company SOP training. * Interface directly with clients on all safety and security related matters whilst on missions. ;

* Responsible for the safety and security of clients (ENI), local national security forces and armed protection team members. * Monitoring intelligence reports and communicating to the client and team members during daily pre-deployment mission briefings. * Coordinate the activities of all security personnel to ensure Close Personal Protection during movement to and operations at, venue sites. * Responsible for ensuring vehicles and equipment have been tested prior to each mission. * Responsible for testing team members and ensuring operational readiness, including training and task planning duties. ;

: Regimental Training Warrant Officer (WO2) Australian Army: * Planning, organising and management of training activities, cadre and promotion courses for soldier career progression. * Unit Safety Officer on OH&S implementation and compliance. * Training of Officer Cadets in physical training, weapon handling, urban and rural tactics. * Forecasting and booking external training courses to ensure Staff Cadets are fully trained and prepared for the next stage of the commissioning process.

: Regimental Sergeant Major (WO1) * Advising the Commanding Officer on security and risk management, health and Safety directives, discipline, soldier training and welfare issues. * Chair strategic Policy and Procedural meetings for operations and deployments to hostile environments. * Implementation, interpretation and dissemination of management policies and procedures regarding safety, security and risk management, discipline and training. * Unit representative on all safety, security, intelligence, personnel, risk management and training meetings at Brigade and Divisional level.

: Squadron Sergeant Major (WO2) * Advising the Officer Commanding on safety, security, training, discipline and welfare issues. * Liaise with the Regimental Sergeant Major and Military Police on matters of military and civil law. * Personal development and welfare of soldiers, ensuring progression at rank and trade. * Organising and directing training camps at Squadron level in preparation of Operational Deployments. ;
