Preparation and development of land management documentation for the construction and operation of oil production facilities including the changing the legal status (category) of land plots, such as: from forests lands category to the industrial lands and from the agricultural lands category to the industrial land category for the proposes to construction of oil production facilities and infrastructure of the enterprise; - Organization of cadastral work; - Preparing sourse data for registration of permits for the use of land from various categories of land (industrial land, forest land, settlement land, agricultural land); - Organization of work on the preparation of urban planning documentation for the planning of territories intended for development, maintenance of urban planning documentation in state and municipal authorities; - Monitoring the condition of lands in use by the enterpris; - Preparation of title documents for the use of land (land lease agreements), preparation of materials for cadastral registration of land plots, support of state registration of land lease agreements with the Office of Rosreestr; - State reporting on quarres development, support of mining development plans in official departments; - monitoring and acceptance of work of contracting organizations when performing a complex of engineering and geodetic surveys, surveying works; - support of coordination and examination of design estimates for the construction of oil production facilities and enterprise infrastructure (well sites, oil collection and transportation systems, roads, opencast mine, power lines, facilities for field development), mining development plans for opencast mine quarries, as well as land restoration projects; - participation in inspections of state and municipal authorities exercising supervision in the field of subsoil use, land use, forest use related to compliance with environmental laws.

- Preparation and development of documentation for the allocation of land for the construction and operation of oil production facilities and infrastructure of the enterprise, including the transfer of land plots from one category jf land to another for the construction of oil production facilities and infrastructure of the enterprise; - Organization of work on land management of new land plots and streamlining of existing plots; - Preparation of permits for the use of land requested from various categories of land (industrial land, forest fund land, settlement land); - Monitoring the conditions of land plots in use by the enterprise; - Preparation of title documents for land use (land lease agreements), preparation of data for cadastral registration of land plots, support of state registration of land lease agreements with the Office of the Federal Registration Service; - Support of coordination and expert appraisal of design estimates for the construction of oil production facilities and enterprise infrastructure (well sites, oil collection and transportation systems, roads, opencast mining pits, power lines, field facilities); - Implementation of production control over environmental facilities in the area company activities; - Development of draft standards for the limits for waste disposal at the facilities of the enterprise, preparation of projects for zones of sanitary protection of water intakes. - Organization of land restoration work (jointly with the Environmental), ensuring complians with legal requirements under the licensed areas (together with the geological and industrial safety services of company).

- Design of forest planting, measures for land reclamation; - Accounting of the state forest fund, organization of forest fund management; - Organization of work on biological forest restoration and measures to promote natural regeneration of forests; ‑ General management of the institution, personnel matters. - Organization of extinguishing forest fires.

- design of technological processes of logging management of the logging site; - organization of work on the transport of wood from logging sites; - organization of work on the construction of winter roads and snow‑ice crossings.
