Project included Modules Hook-up Works, Mechanical Works, Piping Works, EPC (Engineering/Purchasing/Construction) Tanks/Buildings, Electrical and Instrumentation Works. Units consisted of large, manufactured modular units which were considered as extraordinary, and were transported to the construction site due to rough weather conditions including permafrost characteristic of the ground. All parts of the plant to be constructed were raısed above the steel platforms that were assembled on piles. BECHTEL – ENKA JV, TBILISI, GEORGIA 5/2015 – 9/2015 DEPUTY SITE MANAGER Worked on the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project as part of the Shah Deniz Full Field Development project, which involved the laying of new pipeline across Azerbaijan and the construction of two new compressor stations in Georgia. Project tripled the gas volumes exported through the pipeline to over 20B cubic meters per year. CSG-1 was collocated with an existing pumping station (PSG1) on the BTC. Cured Oil Pipeline occupied an area of approximately 53. Ha, Equipment. Received the pipeline integrity gauges (PIG) that travelled inside the pipeline from Azerbaijan, and launched them up the 56” and 42” pipelines. BECHTEL – ENKA JV, TENGIZ, KAZAKHSTAN 9/2014 – 5/2015 PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TENGIZCHEVROIL / TENGIZ Oil Complex, Plant Firewater Upgrade (PFU) Project KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: ▪ Scheduled the Plant Firewater Upgrade Project (PFU) in logical steps and within budget/time constraints required to meet deadlines. ▪ Coordinated PFU project construction activities including fire water and utility water pump houses, fire hydrant pits, valve pits, and underground/above-ground piping. ▪ Controlled the quality/quantity of the completed construction works, and controlled the observance of safety measures and environmental protection. BECHTEL – ENKA JV, ERBIL, IRAQ 3/2014 – 9/2014 CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT Project was for the construction of ERBIL & DOHUK 1500 MW Combined Cycle Power Project, which included the design, engineering, procurement, shipment, delivery, installation construction, interconnection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of eight HRSGs, two nominally-rated 250 MW GE STGs, two GSUs, a cooling system and all other balance of plant equipment to convert the simple cycle plant to a 4 x 4 x 1, two block configuration combined cycle project as well as demonstration of parallel operation with the grid at the required net output. Completed performance testing, classroom training of the operating and maintenance personnel, and preparation of integrated operation and maintenance manuals. BOTAŞ International Limited (BIL) is the Designated Operator of Turkish Section of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Crude Oil Pipeline. Led the Pump Station and Pipeline Maintenance Teams in the performance of operations and maintenance activities of the Pump Station Facilities aligned with the requirements of the Operations Agreement, prevailing legislation, and Company regulations. Performed preventive maintenance routines, failure analyses, and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment including block valve stations, valves, pumps, boilers, compressors, motor bearings, and drive mechanisms. Helped to determine the needs for maintenance and overhaul activities such as spare parts, hand tools, and maintenance equipment. Tasked with monitoring work and ensuring adequate supervision of contractor mechanical, civil, and electrical activities including 42’’ Actuator-Operated Main Valves, Bypass Lines, SCADA Containers, electrical wiring, instrumentation, attachments, piping, fittings, and associated appurtenances. From the first establishment of the BTC Pipeline, took an active role during manufacturing, installation, commissioning, start-up, and operation of Block Valve Stations.
